Are your products perishable or shelf stable?
All our products are perishable and require refrigeration. No artificial preservatives are added to any products. Expiration dates on each product range from 7 to 10 days on average.
How long does product stay fresh after opening?
For optimal freshness, we recommend enjoying products within 3-4 days after opening. Keep refrigerated and see our expiration date on the bottom of each product. Our Kisses Knishes can be frozen up to 2 months after expiration date.
Are your products gluten-free?
We have many gluten-free options within our line. Our online shop allows you to filter down to show all our gluten-free products in one list.
Where does Sunneen ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other US Territory or country. Because our products are perishable, we do not ship to any PO boxes.
Do you sell Sunneen products online?
Yes, we do! All Sunneen products are available in our online store. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list and receive the latest news on new product launches and offers.
How is my food packed and shipped?
Every item is hand-crafted and packed in insulated boxes with gel packs to ensure the freshest, most delicious food arrives at your door. We partnered with IPC Pack for our insulation and Cryopac for our gel packs. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
When can I expect my order?
Most orders will ship out next day Monday thru Thursday. Orders shipped to PA, NJ, NY, DC, MD, VA, DE, CT will be delivered within 1 day. Orders received after 11 am EST will be processed the next day. Any orders placed Friday thru Sunday will be processed on Monday, to guarantee freshness and is delivered in a timely manner. All other states, select Priority Mail for 2 day shipping and Priority Mail Express for 1 day shipping. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Our insulated boxes and gel packs will keep product fresh for the 2 day shipping.
Do I need to refrigerate my products after they are delivered?
We ship our products to arrive at your door cold. Please refrigerate your Sunneen shipment as soon as possible after delivery.
Where are your ingredients from?
Our produce is locally sourced as often as possible. We use Organic breads, tofu, quinoa, and vegetable proteins in addition to many other ingredients. Flavorful sauces and dressings are freshly made on the daily. All our ingredients are GMO-Free.
